FAQs

Billing
We currently only accept cash pay clients. We are working hard to register with multiple insurance companies. Please reach out if you have a recommended insurance company we can consider working with.

Commitment
Each child is unique and will undergo an evaluation every three months to determine the number of units (hours) a Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) worker will dedicate to addressing the social, emotional, or behavioral goals outlined in the child's treatment plan. The PSR worker will collaborate with both the child and their caregivers to establish a schedule that best accommodates their needs.

Timeline
As an organization that prides ourself on serving the adolescent community we work hard to ensure we streamline the process of getting services approved. As cash pay has less hoops we are able to begin services usually within a week after matching a PSR worker with a child. Insurance can often take longer, up to 30-60 days, but we are often working in the background to ensure we have the right PSR worker for the child.
